What is it?

Wouldn't it be cool if kids, students and children could have fun express their creativity for free? How awesome would it be to give them a chance to share their memories in the form of photo books?

We love prints and we want to take our goal of Free Print even further. As so many HotPrinters have inquired about using HotPrints' services for school projects, we have decided to introduce a brand new program called "Cool School Print Program". This is our way to provide schools and students with something creative, fun and easy. This Program will not only help students foster their creativity, but will also allow schools to provide this awesome service within their budgets.

With the "Cool School Print Program" students can be creative and share memories of their fun time at school with their friends and family. Nothing beats sharing creativity through print and photos. What better way to do it than with HotPrints?

How does it work?

It's very simple. All you have to do is nominate your school. In order for FREE Print to work for your school, HotPrints requires a verified school address and a representative from your school who will become your HotPrints School Ambassador. This can be anyone associated with your school: a Headmaster, a parent whose child goes to that school, a teacher, a volunteer, etc.

We aim to offer a certain amount of photo books with FREE Print plus special discount deals for the remaining photo books required by the school.

We aim to roll out this program in phases and the number of free photo books we will offer would depend on several factors, e.g. number of students, location, city, country, etc.

 

HotPrints School Ambassador

Once verified, the HotPrints School Ambassador will be the first point of contact between the school and HotPrints.

You, the HotPrints School Ambassador, will:

  • be given a school login which can be used to make photo books for the entire school.
  • be able to assign quotas of photo books to interested parents, teachers and children.
  • be able to contact us in case of a change in the requirement or for any other information. Anyone can contact us with ideas and feedback, but you will be our Special HotPrints School Ambassador.

Hopefully this gives you an idea of your power. Yay! And you know what Spiderman says about 'power'.

 

 

When will it be available?

We will be rolling out the "Cool School Print Program" in phases. In the coming months, we want to be able to provide this program to as many schools as we can. Once nominated, and if you qualify, we will contact you within 3-4 weeks.

Here is some small print: The implementation of the "Cool School Print Program" is at HotPrints' discretion. Nomination of your school does not put any obligation on HotPrints. HotPrints reserves the right to change the scope and time line of the "Cool School Print Program" at any time.

 

What do you need to do?

For now, HotPrints is putting out a request for information to help identify interested schools. All you need to do is register your interest by nominating your school for the Program by filling in a quick form.

The program will be rolled out on a first-come, first-served basis and only limited places are available - so Hurry Up and Nominate Your School!
