S. Mohammad M. Ahmadabadi
Co-founder & CEO
Mohammad is a serial entrepreneur and the driving force behind the HotPrints vision. Mohammad has been living and breathing the print world since the age of 19 when he founded and pioneered one of the first and largest digital printing presses in the Middle East. He has been innovating the on-demand and online printing space in the Middle East since 1995. After earning his MBA, Mohammad starting his PhD in Finance but was lured away to pursue the revolutionary idea of HotPrints.
Mohammad gained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University in Tehran and an MBA from University of Maryland.

Charles Lee
Technical Lead
With around 10 years of software engineering experience in sectors ranging from bioinformatics and cheminformatics, to online gaming, Charles has led many teams to deliver complicated software systems on time and on budget. An advocate of agile methodologies, Charles has managed to lead and mentor offshore teams to practise agile while delivering projects on time. As an engineer, Charles has worked in the Human Genome Project at the European Bioinformatics Institute and looked after all cheminformatics SOA strategies at GSK, in addition to his hobby of contributing to open-source projects.

Tim Preston
VP of Sales
Tim Preston brings over 10 years of online advertising sales experience gained across network sales, mobile advertising and email marketing to the HotPrints team. Familiar with start-ups from his time spent at Enpocket where he helped to build one of the UK’s first mobile sales teams, Tim's most recent role was as SVP of sales at We7, the UK’s first credible, legal ad-funded music streaming service. Prior to we7 he was Commercial Director of Adknowledge, the World's largest privately owned behavioral targeting business.
